On the 10th of August 2012, Hermin & Andries said their “I do’s” at the lovely Usambara wedding venue in Muldersdrift and it was such a pleasure being a part of their beautiful wedding day!
Mr & Mrs van Dyk have quite a modern love story: they met on an Internet dating website and after chatting for a while they decided to meet in real life which was a big step for the both of them. Three years later, on a trip with friends to Gold Reef City, Andries popped the big question!
Hermin has some relationship advice for all the brides to be out there: respect each other, really listen to each other, always support each other no matter where life has taken you and where life will still lead you, give each other space without being jealous and don’t be threatened by each others’ pasts.
These two also feel it’s important to remember that a fairy tale romance isn’t found on a wedding day but rather on each road you take with your soul-mate regardless of what obstacles you might find along the way!
